Blake and the Toys R US Christmas catalog! He's been looking at that catalog like it's gold! He even slept with it by his bed! We had to re-staple the pages to reinforce it.....it's a well loved book! ;o)

A closer view....

Sydney and Jaxson.....all dressed up for Halloween! They decided to dress up as me and Bryan! I go to Zumba so Sydney is a 'Zumba Dancer' and Jaxson is a 'Service Tech.' for Service Experts! (Hmmmmm, I never thought I would be a Halloween costume!) ;o)

Sorry this is sideways.... But I'm still standing after running 13.1 miles!....in the freezing cold I might add! :O)

Silly Reid! He would get mad if you tried to take off the glasses!

Bryan took this of the kids all ready for church.

Some of the avocados that we have been able to enjoy.
Compare the size of the avocados to the apples.  The apples are good sized yet they look like they are small compared to the avocados.

Avocado tree that hangs over the wall onto our side of the wall.
The avocados are the size of grapefruits.

Taken the day we left Corrientes.  Your mother trimmed and maintained the plant in the background.
I should have taken two pictures so as to get one with your mother's eyes open.

Domingo brought his parents to the house so we could meet them before we left Corrientes

The closest view of the groundbreaking ceremony before it started.....

(scroll down to see my posts from the beginning......)

Out of the many stakes given tickets for the groundbreaking, each ward was only given 20 tickets. Everyone else could go to the Stake Centers and watch the ceremony via satelite transmission. We were not one of the fortunate to get tickets......but that wasn't going to stop me from going! (I was not being disobedient..... ;o) ) Many people in the neighborhood just went and stood on the otherside of the ropes. The police and fire dept. were there and they didn't say anything to those who "crashed" the ceremony. Most of my ward, including my bishop, who didn't have tickets were on the side-lines to watch it all first hand. Sydney and Jaxson were there for the whole thing, sitting with friends. But Reid and Blake didn't make it past the opening prayer so we had to go so as not to make a bunch of noise. I could hear the speakers from my bathroom windows but not as clear as if I were down there. When I asked if they remembered what was said, both Jaxson and Sydney said no. But I'm glad they were there to be able to say they went and they will always remember the feeling.

Is that the choir or Angel's singing???? Either way it's Heavenly music!

Another shot from my bathroom window.

Oct. 8th - The day of the Payson Temple Groundbreaking Ceremony

This video was taken from my bathroom window. It was constantly drizzling rain that morning. If you listen closely, you can hear the organ music playing.....

A slightly closer view of where the ground breaking will take place...

This was taken on Oct. 7th....

This was taken the day before the ground breaking ceremony for the Payson temple. I wanted to show just how close our house is in relation to where the temple will be and where the ceremony took place. Elder Dallon H. Oaks of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles gave a blessing upon the land that angels will protect the land where the temple will be built and protect the surrounding area and that the progress of the temple will not be disturbed and will be built with no interruptions. According to the news, the temple will begin construction in the Spring of 2012 and should be finished in the Spring of 2014. Very exciting for us all!

This has got to be the best laugh I have ever heard!! I think it's worthy of sending it to America's Funniest Videos.....it just might win us $10,000!

Super Baby and Super Kid......ready to save the day!!
